 Craig (Agency Principal) ran the number one "Professionals" Real Estate Agency in Australasia, with over 40 agents and 2,500 properties under management. Craig is applying this experience to his own boutique agency. 

Craig holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (Marketing) and received a fellowship in 2023 from both the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand, and CPA Australia, in recognition of his career and contribution to the community.

Craig is a Board Member of Discovery Christian College, an advisor to the Bundaberg Health Services Foundation (registered charity) and a member of the Agnes Water/1770 Sub-Branch of the RSL.

Melanie (Operations Manager) has over 15 years of Financial and Human Resource experience in the corporate, not-for-profit and public practice sectors. In 2024 Melanie was awarded a fellowship from CPA Australia in recognition of her career.
